Dr. Williams was very knowledgeable, spoke softly, used the computer to show and explain location of potential problem, explained the MRI and reviewed all lab data. Office staff were courteous, wait time never more than 10 minutes including the first visit. Best in service, we have had in more than two years.

Dr.Williams is wonderful in July 2021 she performed a septoplasty surgery on my deviated septum that had been obstructed for 11yrs. The recovery was quick and other than the stint removal, swelling & at home sinus rinces hurt for maybe a week or two. She was attentive, the staff was kind and my surgery went well. I highly recommend her and if I ever have an issue requiring an ent again I will definitely come to see her. Thank you, Dr.Williams

Dr. Williams and her staff was very friendly, compassionate, and caring about my health! It was my first visit but they made me feel like I had been a patient for years! Dr. Williams answered all my questions without hesitation! She did her best to explain all my issues and what the plan would be to correct them. I highly recommend DR Williams! Means a lot when you have been through a lot and someone treats you like they really care! Treat all people with respect and compassion! You never know what that person is going through!! Thanks Dr. Williams!!

Dr. Williams has done a phenomenal job on my surgery. I was sacred but her warm spirit, patient and loving heart made a difference. And must say A God fearing Woman, thank you. And to your staff hats off to you all. Dr Williams is a very compassionate and thorough physician. I highly recommend her. The front office staff and Archbold billing are not the best but they aren't going to be the ones diagnosing and treating you.

Dr. Williams is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I have tried numerous ENT's and by far she has worked diligently at helping me to keep my asthma and allergies under control. She is great in my book and I have referred quite a few people who feels the same way. Great job Dr. Lorraine Williams!

I recommend not wasting your time, health or energy with this practice. Waiting time is an eternity. This staff and doctor are very cold and uncaring. They are not accommodating of nursing mothers. They have no concern of newborn not needing to be in waiting room with coughing adults. I waited an hour and a half. When I asked front desk about how much longer they had no answer even after told them I had to pick up my daughter soon. I finally decided best for my family to cancel and not reschedule. And honestly I feel like it’s a blessing that this place will not be treating my child. Hope this review keeps someone else from experiencing this.

This Dr didn't culture infection in sinuses. Said I didn't need anymore antibiotics though still I'll. Got second opinion. I have MRSA. DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR.
