Dr. Williams was very knowledgeable, spoke softly, used the computer to show and explain location of potential problem, explained the MRI and reviewed all lab data. Office staff were courteous, wait time never more than 10 minutes including the first visit. Best in service, we have had in more than two years.

Dr.Williams is wonderful in July 2021 she performed a septoplasty surgery on my deviated septum that had been obstructed for 11yrs. The recovery was quick and other than the stint removal, swelling & at home sinus rinces hurt for maybe a week or two. She was attentive, the staff was kind and my surgery went well. I highly recommend her and if I ever have an issue requiring an ent again I will definitely come to see her. Thank you, Dr.Williams

Dr. Williams and her staff was very friendly, compassionate, and caring about my health! It was my first visit but they made me feel like I had been a patient for years! Dr. Williams answered all my questions without hesitation! She did her best to explain all my issues and what the plan would be to correct them. I highly recommend DR Williams! Means a lot when you have been through a lot and someone treats you like they really care! Treat all people with respect and compassion! You never know what that person is going through!! Thanks Dr. Williams!!

The staff at this office is great. Super nice ladies working there. The doctor however is another situation. Will not take time to look at your situation closely and listen. I was having trouble swallowing and the side of my nose he cauterized was continually stopped up for months with sinus issues. He put me on mucinex and told me nothing was wrong with me and I didn’t need antibiotics. I don’t care who you are , if you feel like you can’t swallow it’s troublesome. He’s not very empathetic. I went to another ENT and they actually took the time to listen to me and examine me throughly. I have a severe case of sinusitis made worse by my deviated nasal septum. They put me on 21 days of Antibiotics ( Doxycycline) and also prescribed famotidine Thankful for my new ENT doctor.

Referred to Dr. Szwarc for a cyst on my tongue. As it was causing me pain, he told me to come back to his office if it burst. He didn't care that the cyst caused me pain, he was more interested in my deviated septum that I asked him to evaluate. He looked at it and suggested surgery. I set the surgery up but cancelled when I found out the facility he was going to do the surgery in wasn't in my HMO network. I found out later he billed my insurance company for an endoscope of my nasal passage. All he did was look at it with a light. I've had an endoscope of nose before so I know what one is. If I find this review questioned by him, I'll file a complaint to Medicare.

Dr Williams is a very compassionate and thorough physician. I highly recommend her. The front office staff and Archbold billing are not the best but they aren't going to be the ones diagnosing and treating you.
