I was very impressed. He was compassionate and clear about the treatment. The nurse, Ms. Hagan was thorough. The NP, Ms. Katie was thorough. They all care about their patients and it's obvious. It's a blessing to find such an amazing doctor and staff!

I take my grandmother to her appointments to see Dr. Santos and just wanted to say that I think he's one of the most impressive doctors I've ever met. His demeanor is kind and professional. He thoroughly explains all test results and encourages you to ask any questions you may have. He is patient and doesn't rush during your visit. He doesn't talk down to you or make you feel bad for asking questions. I think if more doctors followed his example the world would be a better place. Don't change, Dr. Santos. Thank you for taking care of my grandmother.

A doctor who truly cares about his patients! He came in and within minutes figured out what was wrong and made a plan to recovery. He was called in 13 days after us already being in the hospital ( 5 of which another doctor had wasted out time “trying” to figure what was wrong) Absolutely love him as a doctor and cannot thank him enough for everything he has done!

I was one of the RNs at Archbold Medical Center where Dr. Santos serves. I served all the dialysis patients at Archbold Medical Center Acute Unit for many years - and was sad to leave. He cares about the people whom he meets, he was always there for me. He helped me in every way from emotional, medical and spiritual support as he did with all his dialysis patients. When I left in 2011 to move to another state with my husband and daughter, I felt that I lost someone who was a great part of my life. Thank you Dr. Santos for being so caring. God bless you and your family!

Dr. Santos is a great listener and a very caring doctor. He takes time with you and is truly concerned about the patient's health. He is very busy and sometimes you have to wait but it is worth it. I wish all doctors were like Dr. Santos!
