Dr. Miles/56202 saw my mother today, 8Aug21, at the Mitchell County Medical Group, we were very disappointed in Dr. Miles' professional performance as he has performed heart surgery on my mother in the past and knows her past medical conditions. His demeanor and attitude towards her was very, very distasteful and unprofessional possible i.e. used as "scare tactics". As a professional in the health care setting, a Hippocratic oath was taken, no matter what internal feelings you may have, the current patient and health concerns should always come first. Dr. Miles truly should take in consideration that an apology is owed to my mother and my family on his actions today. He will be held accountable to perform higher medical/customer service standards in accordance to state and national regulations. He cannot and must not use his expertise to mock patients whom deeply depend on him for cardio/general medical necessities!

I have been a patient if Dr. miles for a few years. He is one of the best cardiologist around. He also put in a pacemaker defibrillator in my husband, we are sad because my husband's insurance has changed so he has to see a Dr in Florida..many thanks to Dr Mike's for the years of care he has provided..
