Very happy to have myself a new doctor 30 miles from my home. He agreed to be my doctor immediately and I am very very satisfied with his work on my left leg which was broken. Thank you so much for having me as a new patient. I've also been telling everybody else how nice you are and also your staff. I came home Happy for I am usually a very active person. Dr. Walter is the best. From his bedside manor to his compassionate care shown to us. One of the very best surgeons around. Would recommend him to everyone. The staff was very helpful and nice. Thank you for all you do.

The staff was very polite and answer any questions I had. Mrs.Lauren was excellent, she let me know what was the problem and gave me options on how to fix it. I was really pleased with the overall experience.

The only negative was that they book too many patients at one time, therefore waiting to get in to actually see the doctor (who is excellent) takes too long!

TOC contacted me to set up an appointment following referral from my primary physician. They told me what to bring with me and the co-pay amount due. Completing the required forms was simple. The office staff was courteous. The nurse made sure that she had all the pertinent information regarding my issue. The doctor showed me the MRI and explained the images including what was causing my symptoms. He described in detail the treatment and next steps. He exhibited excellent bedside manner. I left feeling at ease knowing with confidence that my problem was being properly addressed.

I would give a huge thumbs up most definitely. I learned more in 1 visit about my back ailment than I learned in 21 months from a previous orthopedic surgeon. Mr. Hewitt was very sympathetic and optimistic about a better treatment approach. He took the time to hear me out about things I was experiencing. Things discussed were very thorough and were put on my level of understanding. On the first visit a treatment plan was already put into motion. I feel confident that my issues will be solved and my life can return back to a more near normal norm than has it been in the last 21 months

Every single appointment. They are running an hour behind. It is sooo frustrating. To sit in a packed lobby and wait and wait and wait. It’s time to revamp your scheduling process!!! Clients have other places to be!! Drs are good. Once you get in!
