If you’ve got nothing better to do than wait on hold 20 or more minutes for your phone calls to be answered, or worse yet wait 1 1/2 — 2 hours past your appointment time to see the doctor, then this might be the place for you. They blame Covid and/or high patient demand, but this has been going on far longer than Covid, and no other doctor I know or have heard of has such appalling wait times. Go elsewhere if you can.
The receptionist Holly and the manager refused to see my child
Dr grayson was took time to talk with me explained everything did a great job his pa and nurses were great also
he was great. explained all my options and answered all questions. easy to talk to. Patients comfort is a priority. explained all procedures.
Dr. Grayson checked on me every day during my 7 day hospital stay, and he was not my main surgeon. He was very thorough and I thought that he did a great job.
5-If it was just Dr. Grayson, this would be a 5. He is very pleasant and was really great with my 1 year old. His receptionists are amazing! They have very sweet personalities! 1- The wait is terrible! We had a 9:20a appointment and arrived at 9:15a. We didn't get to a room until 10:40a and didn't actually see Dr. Grayson until 11:15a. 1-Dr. Grayson's nurse or PA (brown curly hair, skinny) must been having a bad day because no one can be that short/cold/rude for no reason. She never smiled and really seemed to hate being at work. When I asked for a copy of paperwork I signed, she seemed truly offended and told me no it's "just a consent form." For these reasons, he gets a 3.

Don't listen to his patirnt when they tell him somethings wrong and want remove objects that he placed in during a surgery when the time come for removal with payment up front which the removal should be included with the surgical procedure. Will never use him again not recommend him to anyone
Horrible!!!!!! He never answers Any question I have about my Own health. Just stares at me. I have a stone with a stent...and he refuses to give me pain meds..told me to take Tylenol (gave me hydrocodone at first which I told him I could Not take) Also let him know I was currently hurting just as bad on left side..(my current stone /stent is on the right) He Just stared at me. A Nightmare! I am currently begging Anyone else to see me. Do Not be afraid to ask for a second opinion. Dude is weird/ And probably over worked as there are not enough urologist for the area he covers
After multiple surgeries/procedures in one year, I went to another Urologist for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Grayson had said that all surgeries/procedures were successful, but I learned that NONE had been successful and nothing had been accomplished by doing them. I've also spoken to friends and coworkers about their experiences and learned that many had gone elsewhere when Dr. Grayson did not help them.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
