Thomson office stopped carrying private insurance of any kind then charged me $500 to sit in the waiting room for one hour after my appointment(I got there 15 minutes before the appointment) and then asked me about 10 questions and sent me on my merry way with a refill.

This review is for the grovetown office.The medical personnel are very competent, not overly kind, but not rude. however the office staff are extremely rude and disorganized. I decided that I would rather not deal with their unprofessional and downright rude office and front desk staff. I spent several minutes standing at the front I was ignored by a staff person, completly ignored. I sat down as they helped someone else, and then went back to the desk and was ignored by the front desk personal for two more minutes I watched my clock tick on my phone, working on the computer 18 inches from me ignoring me. Not a hold on, or wait a second, just complete and total ignoring. I finally just left because in 3 hours they could not be organized enough to have the paperwork in order. Let that sink in, three hours of time where MOST of the data is computer input and you have to sign digitally 5-6 times on top of the paper forms and they still couldn't get it done in 3 hours.Maybe try the other office because of you are expecting competence from the front desk staff, you will be severely disappointed.
