Don Roberts's Online Review Report Card

I began using this practice in October 2020 following several months of unknown stomach pain and nausea. I really liked the doctor and the PA, nurses were also very kind and friendly. Of course, not knowing the issue, it is a process of elimination, so we have to rule things out one by one, I understand that. I had a procedure scheduled and was called by the office to say they needed the amount not covered by insurance. I had to call them back to advise them the procedure was deemed preventative and would be covered if they could re-code it. Next procedure scheduled, same thing happened. Now my deductible is met (I have state health BCBS, very good insurance) and 20% would have to be paid up front before procedure could be performed. So sad, I canceled this appt and I wont be back. Obviously patient care is not their priority. I have pain and vomiting regularly and cant find out whats wrong because having good insurance isnt enough, you have to have money too! I voiced my frustrations to the office staff on numerous occasions and have still not even been asked to set up payments to go further in the process of finding out whats wrong. It seems whatever is wrong will have to kill me before I can get to the bottom of it!

Very Patient Friendly!! Great office personel! Recommend Dr. Roberts and his team for your Colonoscopy procedure! Kudos to John Allen....Dr. Robets' Anesthesiologist...... efficient feedback!

The whole staff from the ladies at the desk to the nurses to John and Dr. Roberts....A+..........First class in every area of the office. Having a colonoscopy isn't the best experience anyway, but they treated you like a real person and not a number.....

The Dr is awesome along with Regina that works in the back and one other nurse who is no longer there. One of the people who does appointment/ canceling needs more people training! She was very rude by hanging up the phone! IT REALLY RUBBED ME THE WRONG WAY!! I AM THINKING ABOUT CHANGING DOCTORS!

I had my first colonoscopy and yes I was scared to death DR.Roberts and the staff at tif regional Treated me so nice and I didn't even know I had it done.So thanks to you all.I would recommend DR. Roberts !

Had an appointment at his office and procedure was scheduled. He did not come in to meet me prior to being on procedure table seconds before sedation. Wait time at endoscopy center was 4 hours with no updates given. Staff was not friendly and it felt like factory just pushing patients through! There are WAY BETTER options available.

See PA first, Terry, who is great. He orders test, prescribes meds, and then schedules you to see Dr. Robert's if necessary. Courteous staff.

Very caring people. Personal care and good communication. They do not treat you like a number in a file, like the conglomerate affinity does. SO good to patients.
