Because 0 isn’t an option. Dealing with this office has been a nightmare. My partner is bipolar, and after the initial visit they gave the pharmacy a seizure med that could’ve been harmful to his health. When we called to notify them of the mistake, the I.T. guy answered and gave medical advice as if he was a physician. They also require you have a follow-up for literally everything. Bloodwork, med refills, things you should NOT need to take time off to do. If you don’t get a notification for a follow up, apparently you have to do a walk in, they can’t make an appointment. They’ll let you go cold turkey off your meds and expect you to continue to work with them. AVOID.

The best doctor I have had he so caring and really cares about his patients I have been going here since he took over Dr Lou’s old office I’m now 27 with three babies of my own. I really couldn’t ask for a better doctor and I will always refer him to everybody

I’ve dealt with them 10 years. No complaints until today and yesterday. I’ve called two days in a row trying to get something for my cough and an infusion referral. I got lied to yesterday by the receptionist and hung up on today after speaking to two or 3 different people. I will not be using them anymore after this. Having all three of us home with covid is scary enough, but to have them not care and you go to them for them to supposedly too. Im at a loss of words after my experience today. I’ll be seeking help from the er tonight and hopefully get referred to another pediatrician with staff that cares about our well being.

Dr. Nandal Chainani is very patient, kind, and he steps in when his wife is away. He is a very good doctor, and although he specializes in pediatrics, he was still able to answer all of my questions and made sure that I understood everything clearly before I left the office.

My family love this MD so much! He knows our three kids by name and greets them and us every time we have an appointment. He always explains everything so well and will draw pictures when necessary😂!
