This review has no reflection on Dr. Brickman, as she is a very nice, professional and a concerned doctor. I was referred to her office, and did visit about 3 months ago. She referred me to another doctor. As of today, the doctor's office that I was referred to still has not received my record. I've called Dr. Brickman's office twice within this past month. The receptionist I spoke with the 1st time, said she noted my record, and someone would be calling me by the end of that day. I never received a call. I called the doctor's office I was referred to about 2 weeks ago to schedule the surgery. She said they still have not received my medical record. After I hung up with her, I called Dr. Brickman's Office, and I believe it was a Brittany that I spoke with. She apologized, and said that she was going to fax it over right then herself. I called the doctor's office that I was referred to again today to schedule the surgery, and again she's telling me she has not received my medical records. I hung up with her once again, and called Dr. Brickman's office. I was asked to hold. I held on for 5 minute before someone picked the phone up, and hung up. I called back, the same person answered the phone. I asked for the office manager. She said "sure". She transferredme, but I got her voice mail. I called back twice. Someone would pick the phone up on the 1st ring, and hang up. I called back, a 3rd time, only to get the answering service that they are closed. The customer service is very poor here. This receptionist was more concerned about going home, than meeting the need of a patient. Not only her, but the others I've spoken to as well. I should not be going through such a hassle to get my medical record sent to another doctor's office. This is utterly ridiculous, and no longer wish to do business with this office.

Dr. Brickman is a caring and compassionate doctor who remembers you as a person and your family. I never have to wait very long and am usually in a room within 15 minutes of entering the office. I do not have to wait long in the exam room either. She is very thorough in her exam. I would recommend her to others.
