Used wrong data on our property. Didn't know the basic property values on our home such as, year it was built, sales history, purchase price, overall square footage, etc. This guy wants zero interaction with the home owner. Jots down some information as quickly as possible in order to collect his check and run. When we requested merely how he came up with some of the information, he never wanted to answer us and has still ignored our requests to how he came up with certain information. Would suggest finding a more professional/approachable appraiser that will at a minimum use accurate home stats.
