Crosslinks Family Practice's Online Review Report Card

Used to be amazing when it was just Dr. Ash and his staff but ever since it became CommunityMD a couple of years ago it has been downhill. I called the office and was informed Dr. Ash is no longer at the clinic. Dr. Ash was the only reason anyone would tolerate the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this clinic. I DO NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. If you choose to go there, be prepared for long wait times--expect to be there 2 to 3 hours past your scheduled appointment--and to fill out excessive paperwork every few months as if you were a new patient. CommunityMD seems more focused on making money, running unnecessary tests to maximize insurance claims or charges to customers, rather than genuinely helping people. It's no surprise that Dr. Ash left; this clinic is the complete opposite of what he stands for. I struggled for a long time to find a doctor who truly cared about identifying and addressing the root of my issues rather than just providing quick fixes until I found Dr. Ash. Please note that any positive reviews for Crosslinks Family Practice (Now CommunityMD) are older than 2 years and if more recent they are only because of Dr. Ash because he is truly a one-of-a-kind doctor. Since Dr. Ash is gone I will not be returning to this clinic.

The worst place I've ever been I waited 2 hours before I saw anyone, and the receptionist had no sense of urgency or anything when I made her aware, if you want to die in a waiting room come here.

Dr.Zavier Ash Is The Best Doctor At The Community MD In Tucker,Georgia. He Has Been My Doctor Since 2011. He Is An Awesome Doctor That Truly Cares About All Of His Patients.

Terrible office experience, more than an hour wait from your appointment time (and they ask you to show up 15 minutes early), the doctor is rude and judgemental and also a liar or has memory problems. My time was wasted and I was treated very poorly. I don't wish that experience with a doctor to anyone, so I recommend you stay away from this practice.

Been coming to Dr Ash for years. He's the best Dr I've had since moving to Atlanta 7 years ago. Dr Ash is kind and very personable and is always going above and beyond for his patients. His staff has changed over the years but i have not had a problem with them. I do miss his son working at the front desk, however as no one can beat him with customer service. Dr Ash has seen me through the most difficult time of my life...being hit by an 18' wheeler truck in 2021. As a result of my accident, my life has been forever changed but Dr Ash has treated me through it all. Wherever Dr Ash goes, I will follow. No questions asked.

This place is disorganized, has no aspect of office personal, management is clueless without the upper management, no follow thru system, office staff has low morals , it's not a place I would recommend. Please don't go here, the best thing about the office is Dr Ash, Dr Baba Lola, And the NP Odin. I would not take my own mother here, they are all about money and nothing else

Service was terrible... today Does HIPAA even exist??? Why is it the guy behind the counter named Jospeh calling clients and having them on speaker phone. He was rude not a lot of patients know that Dr. ASH's office has merged.. You would think Jospeh would state that.. when calling someone whom may be unaware of the merger instead of saying "oh I don't care, what you think." It's disappointing and disgusting that this is being allowed. What really got me is when Jospeh stated to a patient on the phone "we don't speak Spanish here". Like whoa... What happen to customer service What happen to curiosity. I know I won't be back . This new team/crew needs training and has to do better. It's a bad look and leaves a bad taste .. Sorry Dr. ASH but your team is terrible.
