I am so pleased to find a Podiatrist such as Dr. Ruch. He is so thorough and remind me how doctors used to be. His interest is in the patient's health. After seeing 3 Podiatrists, I recommend him to others.

I am an athlete and have seen Dr. Ruch for several problems over the past 10 or 12 years. I am currently seeing him for pain in my heel. What I appreciate most about him is his practical approach to recovery. It is probably easier for a doctor to say "complete rest for the next #n weeks." Instead, Dr. Ruch works with me to find a balance between rest and activity. I also appreciate his relatively conservative approach to prescription drugs. I am happy to say that I have recovered 100% from each injury for which Dr. Ruch provided treatment. I give him my highest recommendation.

Dr. Ruch was courteous and genuinely seemed concerned about the difficulty I was having. He thoroughly explained what was going on with my plantar fasciitis and offered several options for treating it. By the time I left I was confident that I was on the road to recovery after having dealt with this for a year and having no success when I first visited another podiatrist.

I have had Dr. Ruch do bunion surgery on both feet. I recovered fine with no pain. Since then I have been back with an ingrown toenail and he relieved me of that problem, also. I highly recommend him. He has a great “bedside manner”, he listens and explained well.
