Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Worse experience with any doctor. I drove 4hrs from Charlotte NC to see Dr. Ruch. He was very rude to me pointed his fingers in my face and told me not to ask him questions until he is finished talking. He then stated if I didn’t answer him with the answer “Yes”, that he wouldn’t continue talking. He then said I’m making him want to leave and I told him I at this point I feel the same way. I never had a doctor that was rude to me for asking questions. He is the prime example of an arrogant, rude, unsympathetic doctor.

This doctor seems to be interested only in amputation, not treatment. I would never go to this doctor!!

I am so pleased to find a Podiatrist such as Dr. Ruch. He is so thorough and remind me how doctors used to be. His interest is in the patient's health. After seeing 3 Podiatrists, I recommend him to others.
