Meadowbrook Health and Rehad in Tucker Ga. Is a horrible place with a horrible culture. From headquarters to their hands on staff.They just dont care Seniors are preyed on daily because there are no working camers or phones there is no proof

Im going report this place my father died here they will not give me any information on anything will not return calls nothing I hope you dont leave your love one here I am going find out how to get with someone that will help me out and hopefully the people thats not doing there job at this place and helping with information about there love ones here i would give zero stars if I could

I only gave 1 star since 0 was not an option. This place has been a mess for years Patients are not cared for adequately. When I was there it was so dilapidated until I would leave to use a bathroom elsewhere. They expect you to have one job title but perform five actual positions. You could work all day and be expected to push a med cart on the night shift It sounds like not much has changed. They must pay officials to pass surveys How is this mess still in operation?

I am receiving therapy at Meadowbrook Health and Rehab. I have been using the bicycle and it is improving the strength in my legs. My goal is to walk so I may be discharged to travel.

I have lived at Meadowbrook Health Rehab for three years. Its a pretty good place. I have made lasting friendships here at this facility. The nurses on my unit are really great.

I have been at this facility for a while and its so organized. There is always staff available when needed. My room and the facility is always clean. I really enjoy living here and I will recommend others to come.

This place is not a place I will send my love one. My Aunt and grandma was both there. Every time I came the see them. I had to clean their room. Ask for someone to clean my grandma. Since to Covid 19 we havent been able to see them. My Aunt passed away about five weeks ago not due to Covid but of neglect. So that left my grandma bye herself. So without us going to see her it been down hill since then. Now my grandma is in the hospital fighting for her life. Please dont send your loves there
