My Primary changes every 9 months & communication of results & hold times on calls are bad!

I love One Medical in Tucker. They have been very kind and helpful to me. I have been going there for 4 years. I have seen both different Health Coaches and Doctors there,but that's OK. People have changes in there lives and have to move on from time to time. Keep up the great work @ One Medical in Tucker, GA.

I have tried to reach them all week. Normally, they respond promptly. But, No one answers the phone. I never got called back about paperwork I was suppose to pick up. I've been on hold with no one answering either of their offices. I'm a veteran. If I wanted this kind of treatment, I would only deal with the VA. This is horrible to no get your doctor on the phone.

I have been with this clinic for over 4 years now. It was great when I first started but I have had over 3 different doctors and nurses. It has been days and I can't even get someone to answer the phone long enough to make a simple appointment. I am looking for a new doctor.

I am happy to give the highest rating possible to Dr. Patricia Kelly. I saw Dr. Kelly this week and was amazed not only that she took so much time with me to cover any questions, concerns and follow up from my last visit, but she actually remembered much of what we had discussed on my previous visit three months earlier. She was very thorough and very mindful of the fact that I have a hard time hearing and always spoke very clearly. I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly and the One Medical Seniors' practice to anyone looking for a more personal and caring doctor and staff. Thank you to Dr. Kelly and the receptionist, as well as the others who helped me.

I've been with this clinic for 4 years. My sister and I had the same doctor (who isn't there any longer) and health coach (who isn't there any longer. Under the IORA umbrella they were absolutely marvelous. During COVID zoom meetings, especially since my sister had dementia. But now! I'll call and someone will pick up the receive and hang up. Never get a call back. At this writing I have been waiting a week for a call back. And reason is very important. No more. Will be looking else where. Best of luck to you.

I’ve never felt so at home from the reception of Ms Yolanda to their staff 👌🏻KUDOS …. Dr Patricia Kelly is so compassionate towards her patients which is main forte of medical profession… very satisfying to say that their compassion begins upon one’s arrival to this office/clinic located at Hugh Howell Tucker GA … more power to you guys 👌🏻highly commendable ❤️🙏🏻 GOD BLESS 🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Thumbs down wish I could give less than one star. Initial visit went fine but later tried to contact their office to make an appointment no one answered the phone kept being sent to voice mail after leaving a couple messages gave up. Weeks later was able to set an appointment but my pharmacy states they never received my script, again I can't get through my calls are being transferred to California and a sugar loof location. I go to the office to follow up on missing script I'm told their short staffed and have no time to answer the phone. I'm assured script sent verified location. Pharmacy states again no script received. I'm looking for another primary care physician.

This primary care facility for seniors and Medicare recipients is great. They are very attentive and thorough with their treatment. Always easy in & out!

Really nice and considerate staff. They truly care about your health and wellness and are always available if you need to see them or have a conversation. They consistently follow up with you. I'm really pleased with Dr. Patel.
