The next available appointment for the doctor is months out and you are offered a PA appointment still several weeks out from your original "confirmed" appointment. It is the old bait and switch. Leading with manipulation and dishonesty makes you wonder about the practice as a whole and how they view patients.

First visit - loved the office staff. The doctor was excellent - set up a great plan of action. Felt like I actually went out of the office with a plan for my challenging skin. Haven't felt like that before.
