Jaqueline Harris does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
Dr. Harris is an EXCELLENT Doctor. She is very caring and understanding to her patients needs. I hate the fact that she is gone but sometime you have to cut ties and move on. I am hoping that she opens her own practice. My family and I will definitely be there.. You cannot please everyone. She did what was best for her and here family. The same thing that any sane person would do..
I just recently started going to Dr. Harris just a couple of months ago. Now right in the middle of some health issues, tests and procedures that I am supposed to be getting done she is leaving this practice. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get her to send an order for something that needs to be done and the only response I received today was "you need to find another doctor to handle this because Dr. Harris doesn't want to be held liable" If she continues practice elsewhere - be ware!!!!
Stay AWAY!
This physician only once listened to my heart. After a "comment" to her MA did she listen on one visit. I battle with high B/P and additional issues. She has decided not to practice with Piedmont any longer and has been seeing her patients , authorizing refills to get her patient through the next 30 days. However we have called for the past 3 days because a "authrization" is waiting on her at the phamacy. It's a simply one sheet form and needs the Physicians signature and one box checked. UUUURRRGGGG so extremely flustrated with the lack of concern!!! My advice is STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called Piedmont Urgent Care to schedule a Covid test. Their website says they test all patients so you should be able to just call and make an appt. They make you set up a virtual dr visit first. Dr. Harris kept me waiting online for an hour, asked why I wanted the test, and then said someone will call me to schedule the test. She then billed my insurance and I'm now being charged a co-pay for making an appt! When my insurance called the billing dept to settle the bill, they kept getting transferred and eventually sent to a mailbox that is full. Dr. Harris is clearly scamming insurance companies and getting money when no actual service is rendered and then making it impossible to reach anyone in the billing dept. Do not call Piedmont Urgent Care in Snellville, Ga for a Covid test. They and Dr. Harris seem to be running a scam to get extra money from you and your insurance company during this pandemic which shows how morally bankrupt they must be to take advantage of people during this time. She doesn't even deserve the 1 star.
After waiting 2.5hrs I was seen for my sore throat but not for my possible UTI. She said she can only see me for one thing and also was told I needed OTC drugs ro help with my sore throat. Any suggestion I made because I know what works for me was disregarded. I got no relief, could barely talk or swallow. I left in tears upset and no one should be treated this way even me who works for Piedmont.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
