My wife came over on 8/8/2022 for a Covid test the swab was taken at about 2:15PM . She was told that they would call. NO ONE CALLED
Dr. Price has been amazing ! She takes her time and makes sure everything is answered before you leave . And if for some reason you have a question after , she’s very quick at responding to any messages on the portal. I wish we had more doctors like her . Also thank you to April , the lab tech! She was also amazing and made me feel very comfortable every time I’ve seen her. This is an amazing place to go for my primary! So glad I chose them!!
Dr. Rappe and his staff are very nice. He isn’t like other doctors he actually listens to what you say and ask you questions.
This was my first visit at this place. The staff were nice BUT the exact reason for my visit was for a annual health check. I specifically told them I wanted to be tested for diabetes and anemia. Right before I went and gave my blood sample I told her she could test for HIV, Hepatitis and everything else. I got those results back very fast. I’ve been calling for a week to get the results on my blood sugar and iron levels only to find out they never tested my blood for it. They asked me to come back in to get blood drawn again. I don’t want to be stuck by a needle again for something that could have been avoided. I didn’t come to the doctor for STD tests I have a doctor for that and previously been tested already so that was just a bonus. To find out I wasn’t tested for what my visit was for made me livid. I will not return.
Billing dept., horrible. I have applied for only PCR test, the nurse performed Rapid test and asked to wait aside for 3 hrs. for the result. I said her that i scheduled for PCR not rapid. then she performed PCR test. I was under impression I'll be billed only for PCR, but they have billed me for both. even though it's there fault. Like everyone know that PCR covered by insurance while not the rapid test. so they sent me bill for rapid test. I tried to explain the situation to the billing dept. she was rude. There were no sign of negotiations. At the end I had to pay the amount. This is totally unacceptable; I had to pay for their fault. this is very bad.
Didn't have to wait. I had a great experience and all my problems were addressed .
Great office all around!
Dr.Rappe is the best and Leslie too! Their staff is always friendly and helpful 🙂 I am blessed by them tremendously!
Today was my first visit with the staff at Peachtree Medical Center. I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. Dr. Syeda Khan was knowledgeable and took the time to meet me and get to know me. She didn't rush through the exam or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. She took the time to discuss everything with me and even gave me advice on how to achieve my personal goals, without adding new medicine or changing everything that has worked for me in the past. The rest of the staff there, were so personable. They treated me respectfully and like they knew me. In the past, I have had anxiety about going to a new Dr., however, I am so thrilled that I found Peachtree Medical Center.
Leslie and Dr. Rappe are both amazing. They take the time to truly listen and are very kind and accommodating

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
