First time visiting the clinic went for a follow appointment and I had a bad experience with one of the front desk receptionist would not go back to that clinic. She was very arrogant I know the Dr. is good and nice but the receptionist was rude, not good for a first time impression and as a fist time patient or maybe she act that way cause I was Hispanic.

Dr. Fricker is the most excellent doctor I've had since coming to Georgia. He is kind, caring, and considerate. I would recommend him highly.

Dr. Fricker is so nice. Great bedside manner. I have never seen him for anything besides a colonoscopy so can't comment on anything else. Very friendly. His staff is great. The only complaint that I have is that they must never listen to their voice mails. After my initial appointment was made, I needed to change the date. Called over 3 times over a two week period asking them to call me so that I could change the appointment. Never received a return call. They finally answered on my last call. Never received an appointment reminder and the appointment never showed up on my privia patient portal so I was a little concerned that when I showed up all prepped, that I might not really have an appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fricker’s for over 16 years. Have been relatively healthy. Haven’t had to visit him at all. Recently have had horrible GI issues & could not reach anyone at the office. Apparently NO ONE checks the voicemail that states someone will call the patient within 24 hours & multiple calls are not necessary. THAT’s BOLOGNA!! I attempted to reach the staff on a Monday, then on Tuesday, then on Thursday. NEVER HAD A RETURN CALL FROM THE OFFICE STAFF. I love Dr. Fricker & hate to leave him, but his office staff suck & I’m sure I’m not the only patient he’s lost. If you have a concern as I did - go to the ER as I did. Don’t wait on this staff, you will die!!
