I went to an ocularist that was using one of Dr greenhaws offices. The staff there greeted me very politely

Trained ate the best in US: Wills Eye I will not go anywhere else until one of us dies! Wheelchair entrance on the right side patient access. No wheelchair access through the optical side on the left.

Steven Greenhaw is unquestionably one of the finest physicians I've ever been to. He and his staff always treat me very courteously and professionally. He's treated me for dry eye, glaucoma, uncharted cornea, conjunctivitis, and has done eye surgery for me...all leaving me much better off than before. Could not be happier than with Dr. Greenhaw!

Waited over 2 months for glasses to come in and then the prescription was wrong. I had to argue with 2 of the staff who kept telling me I was not looking out of the glasses the right way. After about 45 minutes of arguing I was finally retested and given the right prescription. Took another 3 weeks to get the new glasses. They never called me each time my glasses were ready, and Instead, I had to call them. Now I have another pair of glasses but the measurement is just a little off and I am having to turn my head to the left in order to catch clear vision. Once again I was told they would call me back but did not hear from them. They agreed to give me my money back, rightfully so! But....said they would call me back after getting approval from the doctor.

Great atmosphere, and a very nice staff. Dr Greenhaw was recommended to me by my husband. We both enjoyed our time with our eye situations.

Dr. Greenhaw has been seeing my family for our ophthalmic care for the past 23 years. He has always been very thorough and patient while examining my children and myself, taking the time to explain things carefully and in a way that we could understand. When my parents and grandparents required surgery for their cataracts, I did not hesitate to refer them to him, with them all having wonderful results! While I know that things can sometimes become very busy and stressful in a physician's office, he has never compromised his medicine or the care he provides us. As far as the above review from someone who called Dr. Greenhaw "unprofessional", some of the responsibility has to fall on the parent for their child's behavior. I agree that going to a doctor can be frightening to a child, but if the examination was truly important to the youngster's health and welfare then maybe more should have been done on the ptarent's part to prepare her for the experience. The kindness of his very friendly staff and his knowledge of medicine allow me to have complete confidence in the care we receive. We can honestly say we are all VERY pleased with our experience at his office.
