I have had the absolute worst experience with this office. I requested medical records back in February and no one has helped me whatsoever I went for the third time today (in person) because GOD knows I’ve called so many times in between to request it and they went from $20 to $25 for medical records. First time they can only accept cash and when I went back to pay they said it was $25 and all of a sudden they accepted the $5 in card. I was venting telling them they have not sent my attorney any documents back and the office manager shut me up mid talk as I was explaining. What horrible service horrible experience terrible way to treat patients.

Dr. Lane was highly recommended to me by a friend and he was everything my friend said he was. His bedside manner is outstanding. He is humble, kind, personable and genuine. And he listens. The morning of my surgery, he came to my room, explained the procedure he was going to do, answered my questions and then asked if he could pray with my mom and me, which impressed us both. He returned to my room post-op, which is standard, to let my mom know how the procedure went, but he came back after I got back to my room to check in and see how I was feeling and to tell me all went well. During my initial post-op visit, he was great. He asked if I had questions, listened and then answered them without making me feel rushed. I highly recommend him!!

After reviewing my injury Dr. Lane decided surgery was not my best option and sent me to one of his specialist partners to pursue another treatment. I like that kind of honest answer very much.

This place is clean, staff are professional and courteous. The wait is about 15-30mins. The office stays busy. Dr. Lane is great. He’s very passive, shows he cares and professional. He makes sure you understand all the protocols that is applied to your care.
