Always a great experience with SGMC. They have always treated us very well and taken great care of myself and family during our stays!! The labor and delivery is especially amazing. As well as the ER!

Everyone was polite and courteous.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had under such unpleasant circumstances in any ER. Being a medical provider as well, I can honestly say every aspect of our experience was first class. My son had an injury to his mouth and I was concerned about it needing stitches so I contacted my dear friend and colleague Mandy Smith, PAC. She agreed and immediately began making calls and notifying the staff that we would be heading to SGMC. Mandy was an angel in coordinating our care and reassuring us we would be in the best of hands! She contacted Marc Globerman who was awaiting our arrival and so very helpful in acting quickly to get us the help we needed. All of the staff were so understanding, helpful, and comforting during this tragic time. My son had a terrible reaction to sedation when he was an infant so we were naturally apprehensive about giving sedation again to suture his mouth; however, Dr. Mucciarone and Dr. Edgerton were very knowledgeable in helping us understand all the mechanics of the medication and how our son would or could be affected. They consulted and felt it best to move forward with the procedure. They were both present for the procedure and worked together as experts in their field to ensure everything went according to the plan. They treated us like family and were so patient with us. Special thanks to Hunter Clanton, Jessie Faulkner, Jason Langley, & Luke. Each one made sure we were well taken care of during our visit. I felt such confidence leaving our son (for the few minutes we had to step out) in their hands. Lesha Wimberly was an angel, and sat by my side while I waited for the physicians to complete the procedure. I will be forever grateful for their kindness, respect, and care they provided my son and our family during this time. We will highly recommend this ER to others!

Fast service. Everyone was very nice.

I went to sgmc for pain in my groin but I had an svt attack on the way and was rushed straight back with pulse of 192 and on the way to Trauma Bay I got it to reset. And then they worked with me on my original reason for going. Everyone was friendly and professional. Best visit I have ever had there. My visit was on 11-2-21

Unannounced visit for x ray was timely with great receptionists and check in and radiology technicians were professional and kind, Smith Northview Hospital is also extremely convenient!Great job despite the pandemic,

Everyone was really kind and considerate. The staff Kay is a really good example of making patients feel as comfortable as possible while being wired :) Nice clean and fresh rooms to be in during testing.
