I'm usually pleased with the service but today I witnessed a man who was vomiting in waiting area and he and his love ones wiped up vomit with kleenex tissue. 😒 House keeping never came and sanitized!!! With everything going on it should be around the clock sanitizing of the lobby and especially when someone has gotten physically sick in waiting area. If it wasn't for the pain I'm in I would walk out. So disappointing !!!!!😞 On top of that they threw the bag of vomit in the trash bin in the lobby.

My husband Terry was treated Sunday 9-26 , the care by doctor Meredith and nurse Wayne was excellent

The staff at smith north view were amazing to my son and I! They were fast, friendly and very responsive to our needs. I have never had a bad experience at this location, and want to sincerely thank everyone there for their dedication to their patients during such a stressful time.

I would like to thank the friendly staff at SGMC Smith Northview Campus for their excellent care during my recent colonoscopy. From the registration clerk to the nurse that wheeled me out, I could not have asked for better care. A special thank you to Tracy, Rosa and Asia that took wonderful care of me prior to and after my procedure. Dr. Howe was fantastic and I would definitely recommend him and SGMC/Smith Northview to my friends and family.

Great experience, I was in and out in 15 minutes on April 7th, 2021 for my lab work and covid test. Everyone I encountered was very kind. Carleigh in the lab was phenomenal, she was professional and very proficient. Overall a wonderful and pleasant experience, so thankful for everyone there. Great job!

I would like to express my Gratitude to the Doctors,Nurses, Intake personal, even the Nurses Aid Will. Every one was Extremely Courteous and Took time Explaining everything Pertaining to my Wife's Surgery. We as a Family could not ask for better care. Dr. Lane is an Awesome Doctor. We hope we never need surgery again but if we do, we hope it's SGMC Smith North view.
