Dr. Phillips seems incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and the consult was quick. The checkin/waiting room experience were positive, and my little one enjoyed having chairs that were small enough for her. We didn’t get seen until about 45 minutes after our appointment time, and we had to wait again to get a surgery scheduled. Everyone was courteous, and the only negative was the wait time.
