Dr Burton is a kind gentle person. He is knowledgable in his field and treats his as individuals. When I saw him he was interested in me and what was going on with my heart and what medications I was taking for my problems. I wish I could say the same for his staff but they are some what less than desirable. When I first called the person that answered the phone was extremely hateful toward me and made me an appointment 3 months out from the day I called. After I waited the three months I was told that the time I had written down for the appointment was wrong and they had to reschedule me another 3 to 4 weeks out. I told them No and was seen that day and I am afraid due to their actions I didn't get off to a good start with Dr Burton but hopefully that will change with time. I am looking forward to Dr Burton treating my heart problems. I feel that support staff that wants to treat patients the way I was treated should go work for Walmart.

Dr. Burton cares, listens and takes action. He has caught life threatening problems (at regular check ups) for several of my relatives. I trust him with my life. He's good with the scary stuff! His staff are excellent and will get you an appt. to see him or one of his staff when there is a problem. I can recommend him without reservation. The crazy hair is funny.
