My daughter was sent here to have elbow surgery. Dr. McCartney was her dr. He and his staff are amazing Our nurse Ms. Lacey was the sweetest ever The director of surgery made sure we were informed of everything that was going on. They all made sure my daughter knew what was happening going to happen and how to take care of her elbow after discharge. I highly recommend this hospital and the staff here It was definitely worth the hour and 15 minute drive from our house. The hospital itself is very clean and organized. I cant thank the staff and doctors here enough for making a scary situation into a wonderful experience

I went in with a fractured coccyx and was in and out within a hour and like 20 minutes And that WITH A XRAY The staff is friendly it’s clean. I drive an hour and 15 to come here than the one in Jesup

So far great service. Everyone is very professional and polite and caring

My mama was in here this week in PCU. The doctors nurses staff everybody were so caring and so nice. I really felt liked they were concerned about her. It was such a comfort. 🤗

I had some tests done as an outpatient at this facility. I never received a bill so I called to inquire. They confirmed my address and said that they would mail me one. Instead of receiving a bill I received a nasty letter saying they would turn me over to collections if I did not make a payment. I called the billing department and made a payment by phone. I asked if the remaining balance would be billed to me and was told that I would receive a paper bill via mail. Well......I received a letter from a collections agency for the remainder of the bill. So in short I NEVER received a bill from MRMC but I did receive the nasty letter from them and the letterbill from the collections agency. I will add here that this is the only time I have EVER been turned over to a collections agency.

All around the entire hospital is unprofessional and judgemental. I have been refused care due to the fact that I am a recovering drug addict. Im not proud of my past but ever since my endocarditis diagnosis 6 months ago I have completely stopped all drug use. However Ive still been treated to and talked to like im an active user and my life doesnt matter. All I was there for was iv antibiotic treatment. But because their staff couldnt gain a point of access even the cath lab with their vein finder they have dismissed me and told me go ask my primary care provider for help . Every person deserves a chance and this is so unprofessional . In my opinion not one doctor deserves their license until they can learn to separate their personal feelings from their profession. Shame on you dr Rashad. And the director Amanda. If only I could give no stars or negative stars. Bc you dont deserve the one they made me choose I would advise all potential patients to drive a little further if you are seeking professional help because you wont find it here.. rantoverBrianna Willoughby

I went there for the Flu and got a CT SCAN OF MY HEAD AND STOMACH no one explained why or the reason I hope and pray I never have to go back there..if its about money that hospital needs to go to GO FUND ME PAGE... dont take advance of working people. Any ways I got a big bill in the mail paid monthly on it for them to turn over to someone to collect is BS

They where very professional and patient with me. I only waited approximately 15 min before being seen. After being escorted to the back 5 to 10 min later someone came and got info and within 30min I was released. Thank you 😊

I gave the hospital over all review a 4 star. I would have given it a 5 star review had it not been for one very rude and unprofessional nurse in the ER. My husband checked in to the ER with congestive heart failure. All other staff were extremely professional and compassionate in the ER with the exception of that one. He was admitted to the Progressive Care Unit. We had a very positive experience with staff and doctors while in PCU. He received excellent care during his stay. All attending physicians nurses and other employees were highly professional and when they were needed they came immediately. Thank you for making our stay a positive experience.

In October 25 2017 I went in for the flu In the ER a LPN came in to give me a shot as she answered her phone arguing with her boyfriend she gave me the wrong shot By 800 am the next morning I was getting paralyzed she had given me the incorrect medication. They had to rush me to the Savannah hospital to give me medication to reverse the effect the medication gave me a stroke from the Vidalia hospital. The president of the hospital said he would erase all of debt in return would I please not sue them. I did what he agreed and didn’t sue them well it’s on my credit If I was a resident of toombs I rather die than let any of the ignorant individuals who talk on the phone while with a Patient. Stay away because they could care less. The administration office are only about their self. Just search how many people has died in their care.Gary Farmer
