My child was seen a few weeks ago. We had to pay before we went back and saw the dr and the visit ended up going great with dr.Maloney but we ended up over paying. The dr was so kind and told me she would change the visit to the lower cost consult and we were out within 5 minutes. When I went to check out and ask for the refund since I over paid the lady working the front desk said she could not do the refund and I would have to call the refund department. It has now been weeks and I have not received a refund. The coding in the system is wrong and the lady who has been helping hasn’t gotten in touch with the dr to get it fixed (janene). I will say as a paying customer this is not acceptable and absolutely ridiculous. I should have be refunded right there in the office of what I overpaid but now I’m on a hunt to get a refund and it’s been weeks and no refund. The last update was “I’m waiting to get in touch with the dr because the coding is wrong and i have to get in touch with the Dr”. The ball has been dropped and this is not acceptable. This situation should of been resolved before I even left the villa rica office. As a mom who has zero time to try and hunt down a refund this shows the lack of customer service this office brings. The dr was kind and honest to tell me I overpaid and she was going to put in the correct office but trying to get your actual refund seems like a nightmare. -Ashley Swertfager

My daughter has seen Dr. Maloney since she was born 13 years ago. Best staff, and Dr. Maloney is the best! I hope she stays with my daughter as long as possible! I dread the day of finding a new cardiologist, but I know we will try any recommendations made by her. ❤️
