I give this hospital five stars for getting me in right away for the Covid Vaccine not only they call me right away but they was nice and very calm. Thank you WSMC For getting me in for the vaccine it is very appreciated! #SmallTown #SmallPeople #WarmSprings and They took very care of me yesterday with my health Thank you WSMC for taking care of me it's very appreciated 👍

Our experience getting vaccinated there was excellent. When the Covid vaccines were first available and you couldn't get anyone at the health department level to answer or even to leave a voicemail, Warm Springs not only answered but a live person answered and scheduled us for a few days later. Every person we encountered was warm and friendly and knowledgeable, both at the first visit and for the second shot 3 weeks later. Follow up calls to get a replacement vaccination card were handled promptly and efficiently and with that added feeling of warm hearted care. So thankful to have this institution locally!

This is the most unprofessional place to go DON’T GO it ain’t worth it I recently came to this hospital for my wife, had to bring my grandchild on another visit walked in the girl had a attitude I guess she didn’t want to get up it was two girls both wearing glasses unprofessional the phone rang one answered the phone like she was at home saying hello both were talking laughing on the cell phone showing pictures talking about an ex boyfriend his new girlfriend and him not seeing the baby and momma watching it it’s a time and a place for all things and it wasn’t during our visit! As soon as I find out who my wife and I can talk to about this matter something will be done

A few things. First they starved my great grandma to death then wouldn’t give my grandma oxygen when she asked for it. Avoid this place if you can. They’re under staffed and have no business even being open.

Subacute Facility - from admission to 9 days later of requesting the doctor to call me (family/POA), he finally called after neglect in medication resulted in BP reaching over 200, and stasis dermatitis water retention in her legs from not getting her daily lasix daily since she arrived until 4/24/21. NOTE: I was told on Thursday and Friday (4/23/21) that 2 more weeks of rehab would be needed before discharge, then - after raising heck about med situation and the dr not calling me to get straightened out- when the dr finally calls on monday 4/26/21 at 6:45pm - and i question him as to the circumstances for answers - he tells me i have asked 6 members of his staff and they gave me good answers!! Actually, the staff has told me only he can make the changes to the orders and only he can answer and resolve the issues, hence numerous messages left for him to call me, and my frustration. Nonetheless, during the 3 min call he then tells me to come and get her right now - she is ready for discharge!!!SHE IS NO WHERE NEAR READY TO BE DISCHARGED TO GO HOME. Otherwise, staff is friendly - but this is not a well managed facility. DO NOT GO HERE. Encompass in Newnan is excellent. Update.. patient was taken from warm springs facility to piedmont hospital in Atlanta via ambulance where she was in kidney failure from the aforementioned Lasix treatment.

It horrible, they take so long and there floors have stains. It smell like bleach and blood I do not recommend....

My mother and I received Covid-19 vaccines at Warm Springs Medical Center, and all the staff treated us with care and kindness.  The team worked together in unity to explain each step of the vaccine process.  We could not have asked for medical professionals who displayed more concern.

My mother is actually there now .I can say she is fed ,bathed always clean and gets her meds properly .She wants to be home but I know right now the nursing home is best until she can walk better!

Is this a nursing home or a hospital? I'm so disappointed in the care facility staff everyone, especially the nurse name Emma she is very unprofessional rude pass the buck to not night shift. They never sanitize the room never clean floors. Water doesn't properly work. Place not equipped for dogs or cats.

My father in law, after his 20 days in swing bed therapy, ended up in the nursing home. Now after reading some of the reviews I think people mistake an older facility for a nasty one with poor care, the exact opposite is true of this facility. We are there 3 or more times per week and everything is always clean. The staff is so caring and they do a great jod.Thanks to all the staff for a job well done.
