Accordia Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

This place has revived my faith in medical professionals!I have been sick for over 6 months and had developed a severe cough and my body was fighting some type of infection from my immune system being down. I had been to a specialist and to the ER and was left with alot of money spent and owed( did I mention I'm self pay) and no meds or diagnosis and especially no compassion or care. When I came to Accordia I was skeptical and accepted the fact that I would never feel better and these people would see I was self pay and immediately dismiss me. I have never been happier to be wrong! My doctor took time with me and sat down with me and listen to me and ask questions and made me feel like I mattered! I was against having any labs/test since I already had them at the other places and she still gave me the medications i desperately needed. She even showed me an app that i could use to see where i could get these medications at the cheapest price. As i said an amazing experience!The best part was when I was leaving and she walked me out and she said ,"when you feel better...." that statement was everything to me,I had accepted that I would never feel better and she gave me hope for a healthier future. Still on the mend but what she did for me mentally and spiritually I could never repay. If you are looking for quality care,compassion and help for anything medically wrong this place is the place to go!so thankful!

I personally hate going to the doctors office for anything, but I love accordia. Mrs.Katelyn and Mrs.Stacy took great of me as always. Mrs.Stacy will you give you the best and easiest shot. I hate shots with everything in me, but they did a wonderful job. I was in and out and on with my day.

Don't waste your time. I went in today for a legitimate medical issue that can easily be treated by any doctor with a brain, only to be referred to the emergency room. They tried to get me to sign papers to cover themselves stating that I was going against the advice of a medical provider by not going to the emergency room. I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV, but any doctor with common sense can tell you that a person who hasn't been sleeping, is currently prescribed sleeping meds, needs a change in their sleeping medication, not a trip to the emergency room where you're billed $10k for stepping in the door. I see why the reviews are so bad now. Go somewhere else. Anywhere but here. Especially if you're expecting common sense and good judgement.

This place is great . (Warner Robins office ) The staff is amazing . Very cordial , gentle , soft spoken and highly capable . They have diagnosed correctly and treated me accordingly everytime I've been in . I have decided to make them my Primary Care Provider since they are also a family practice . ALWAYS in and out . Glad I could find a great PCP that's not far of a drive . (I'm in Perry) . Doesn't hurt that they're also open 7 days a week . What other PCP is open for appts or walk-ins 7 days a week ? Try em , you won't regret it !

I have used Accordia 3 Times m Wsrner Robbns and Vidalia.If I could give 10 stars I would. Of all med care type centers emergency rooms etcthey leave them in the shade!Concerned, polite and helpful front office.Drs or PAs listen to you and write prescriptions tailored to your specific need.Front office helped immediately with problems at druggist. My copay on 1 drug was $124.00. I found it online at Mark CubanPharmacy for $8.00 plus shipping.,Call Accordia office and she graciously transferred them in a couple of minits.thank you thank you thank you accordia!!!

Third time I have used Accordia here an Vidalia. Absolutely perfect from start to finish. In an out as quick as traffic permits. They Listen To You!! They tailor prescriptions for your needs. From out of town but endure problem a day or two to get to Accotdia. Went to Publix for prescriptions. Insurance wanted one brand name, instead Generic, Publix called Accordia and it was straighten out in minits. Publix forwarded to my hometown store to get other prescription Mon. Wish there was Accordia close to home but I will grimace a day or so if I can make it to Warner Robbins .

I needed a chest X-ray for an employment opportunity, and Accordia saved the day. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful - Brian and Candice in particular really went out of their way to help me out. I can't recommend this office enough! Thanks so much!
