List of Alan G Struth's Reviews
Dr. Struth is a wonderful caring physician who takes time with his patients. I have long-term pain because of botched back surgery and am partially paralyzed. He has managed my pain for years and helped me with my disability. He is easy to see and spends time with his patients.
Five minutes . No real exam. They forgot I was in the room until after closing . He clearly just wanted to go home.
My mom was a patient of Dr. Struth for many years and she had high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc. He never once recommended she take anything for either problem and it has been determined that both had a huge impact on her brain health. Who knows what could have been prevented had he followed the proper procedure of recommending prescriptions when needed. I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't go to him or allow your loved ones to go to him. He should no longer be practicing medicine since he doesn't actually do anything.
I hate to give this dr one star because that’s too good for him. Just recently two elderly relatives of mine, unfortunately under his care, were admitted to the hospital for dehydration and possible pneumonia. One had been prescribed a ridiculous amount of Lasix which caused her dehydration. It weakened her so badly that 3 weeks at a rehab center were required to regain use of arms and legs. He never once showed up. The other relative was admitted for fluid in the lungs and Struth prescribed oxygen and Lasix and my uncle is still sick. He’s a horrible doctor. Do not use this dr for any reason at all.
was talking about my personal information not so kindly loud enough to where the patients in the waiting room could hear. Had to hear the news from someone I know that was in the waiting room. She said she heard the entire staff talking about me and the medications they had tried with me.
This guy is awful. I was previously diagnosed with a chronic condition by 3 other doctors. This guy does some expensive bloodwork and tells me I don't have what I was diagnosed with not taking into consideration that the levels to detect this condition are always flunctuating. The test came back equivocal so not negative nor positive. Also this guy claims to be a rhuemotologist but he is only a internal medicine doctor dabbling in rhuemotology. I waited 2 hours for my second appointment with him for him to spend 5 minutes with me. I walked out went back to my doctor in ny.Now this test cost me $2,000 for nothing.
I've been going to Dr. Struth about 2 yrs now for my autoimmune disease and rheumatology issues. I love Dr. Struth! He's very professional but he is not the kind of Dr. To turn his nose up at you. He takes his time and listens to his patients concerns.
Michael's Dr. Alan G. Struth; MD. He is a kind and very educated MD doctor. He takes the time to explain your symptoms and tries to avoid any major surgery to be performed on his patients. My Fiancé' really likes how up front Dr. Struth, has been when diagnosing his trouble area's on Michael's inner and outer body. Thank you Dr.Alan G. Struth, keep up the great work and continue to be kind to me.
Kind and sincere, thoughtful and sincere about your health !! Definitely no "creepy" feelings. Thanks Dr Struth
Dr.Alan Struth is a physician I would highly recommend for both his specialties. He listens to what you are telling him in regards to your medical issues. Takes the time to answer your questions. Felt comfortable from the first visit.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
