I have been with this office for 18 years! I understand that staff will change over the years. I drove hours to see Dr. Al who is so kind and understanding to the kids. If it wasn’t for him I would have changed drs. Front desk needs to be trained on how to speak to patients. And some also need attitude adjustments. Just remember with out us as patients you don’t have a job.

Very Kind Dr. Al R. This front desk staff sucks. When I call (immediately) I get put on hold for at least 20 minutes or more. They are horrible.

Great Doctor! I am extreme when it comes to my baby, which happened to be a miracle child. I am very pleased and confident with my son being in Dr. Al-Rafati's care. He is commendable!
