Aruna Pillai's Online Review Report Card

I LaVerne Nelson need the doctor to call and change the pharmacy to another one cause l can't eat or sleep just been in bathroom all night. Please help!??????

Loved Dr. Aruna P. she was very thorough in my care and showed genuine concern for my issues. My first visit, I must admit she took her time treating me and explaining things to me, which made me feel really comfortable and assuring, never felt like I was being rushed. Hence I never complained if I had a delay beyond my appt time.

I am usually never a person to go out of my way to comment on someone’s establishment however I am simply outraged by the way this facility is setup. There is an EXTREME lack of professionalism! I was scheduled for an appointment and the day of Because the doctor called out and then was re-directed across town to go to there other office and not one person apologized about the inconvenience. Upon arriving on to the establishment I waited a whole 30 mins to be seen for the doctor who was at that facility to be extremely insensitive and make very unprofessional comments. Once I am done pursuing getting my elected surgery that I’m in the middle of the process of getting, I won’t be back and don’t recommend anyone going here. They lack bed side manners and also If u don’t have your co-pay then they won’t see you and they won’t bill you either but they will try to talk you into as many programs as possible to run your insurance bill through the roof without doing much work. This facility is money driven and doesn’t care about the patients at all, it’s just sad honestly

I will not be using this doctors office anymore. Dr Pillai herself is ok. Her staff is completely incompetent!

Dr Aruna Pillai and Dr Anil Pillai are amazing physicians!!! They care for all there patients non stop! They are not rushing to get you in and out and they even take the time out to ask ab your family members! The staff there is amazing and always so kind!! Nurse practitioners at both locations are just as great!! If you do not have a physician, you need to go see them for your healthcare needs!!

Great Doctor! I have been seeing Mrs. Aruna for over 15 years and she is by far the best doctor I have ever had! They are great doctors and nurses.

This Dr. is Terrible. She is rude and bully the elderly patients. This woman uses scare tactics to force elderly people into unnecessary procedures. She talk about other patients in front of you and that is against HIPPA. Run like hell from this Lady.

This lady is very unprofessional. I overheard her and the staff talk about one of her patient.

I've been seeing Dr Pillai for a number of years now and like that she actually listens when you tell her something.

The best doctors who care about their patients! I highly recommend them for their professionalism and great bedside manner. You will never be mistreated and they treat not only your systems, but your well being too. Health and wellness at its best!
