List of Becky Campbell's Reviews
Dr. Campbell has been my Physician for many years and has taken excellent care of me. I find her to be very professional and attentive to me when I am complaining about all my aches and pains. I think she is adorable and very smart!
Nurses consistently give wrong information. Will not get truthful answer about labs. If they don’t know say so. Don’t make it up. Front desk is rude. Doctor is very dismissive and uncaring. Patients fault for asking questions about treatment. If you go here. Shut up and do as the doctor says no questions asked. God complex.
Worst experience of my life with a doctors office. I would give zero stars if I could and wish I had read the reviews before seeing her because clearly I am not the only one who Becky Campbell has mistreated. When she first walked into the room with me, I said "good morning" to her and smiled. She didn't even acknowledge that I said anything or give any kind of greeting whatsoever. Never saw her even crack a smile the entire visit. Becky Campbell has the WORST bedside manner of any healthcare "professional" I've ever been in contact with. She spoke over me the entire visit and only wanted to make assumptions about my medical history and wouldn't allow me to fully explain what was going on with me, even after I told her that her assumptions were incorrect. She had referred me to an ENT for a scope a month or so ago. The ENT told me at that visit that my throat was red and inflamed and prescribed medication for it.Becky, while holding my chart in her hands says to me "the ENT says there was nothing wrong with your throat". I again told her that was incorrect and asked that she review my history because she clearly didn't care to listen to me when I initiallytried to explain what was going on and had cut me off. This was even after I had my medication pill bottle sitting on the counter and she had already picked it up and looked at it and I had explained to her what it was for and it's clearly printed on the pill bottle that it was prescribed to me by the ENT she referred me to. After several minutes of her telling me there was nothing wrong, she finally decided to actually LOOK at my chart and says "oh, he did mention some inflammation ". She also scolded me for not answering my phone when her office had called me the previous day. I again explained to her that I'm not always able to answer my phone during the day because I'm working. I also reminded her (which she would have known if she had actually reviewed my chart and not just pretended she did) that I did return their call and spoke with the nurse about a half hour after I missed their call. The nurse had documented our discussion in my chart as well and Becky insinuated that I was making it up that I spoke with the nurse over the phone, until she FINALLY reviewed the nurse's notes and just said "Oh" lol. I was in tears walking out of the exam room to the front desk. The lady at the front desk was clearly uncomfortable with the situation as well and said "I'm so sorry, I feel so bad". Becky Campbell also changed my prescription without even discussing it with me or telling me how it was adjusted. She had absolutely zero interest in listening to or attempting to help me as a patient. She was rude and condescending with every comment she made to me and acted as if I was a burden to her to even be sitting in the same room and speaking to me. I also had to make 2 trips to her office to get blood drawn in the same week because she didn't ask if I was fasting the first time she drew blood which was unnecessary and inconvenient as well as an extra charge to myself as a patient for her oversight. The rest of the staff (front office and others in the office I had contact with including the NP) were all very kind and what you would expect from a professional healthcare provider. I honestly feel sorry for Becky Campbell's staff having to deal with her hateful attitude and unprofessional attempt at healthcare to the public. If she is truly as miserable in her job as a "doctor" as she portrays to her patients, then maybe Becky should consider hanging it up and moving on out to pasture. There is no excuse for her hateful, rude and condescending demeanor. She's there to collect a check and run patients in and out like cattle with no true concern for their health or well being. Don't waste your time or money with this hateful old woman.

Very abrupt with me as a new patient. She was not interested in my past medical history, and flat out said she had no time to review the information that I had brought with me and we could talk about it at my "wellness" visit in 6 months. Then, she still would not spend the time to discuss it when she was supposed to block out an hour to do so at this comprehensive wellness visit. I guess she had better things to do that day. She questioned every medication that I was taking (well, it is helping you?). Gee, I guess if my blood pressure is under control, I guess it is? How would I know unless I stopped taking it? She suggested I stop taking my BP medicine because of my good readings? She questioned the vitamin regimen that I was taking as well, with no explanation as to why I should stop what I was taking. Then, at my wellness appointment, she did not run all of the bloodwork tests that were supposed to be done, another expense and waste of my time for a repeat visit. She will not refill maintenance prescriptions when needed without an appointment. Every GP I have had across 8 different states would happily write a refill. If I could give her zero stars, I would. I've seen her three or four times in 18 months. Each time she has been abrupt, and in some cases flat out rude. I am not going to see her again, she has no care for her patients, imho. Worst doctor I have ever seen ever and would recommend against seeing her. Not too many good choices in Warner Robins apparently, and she is not one of them. Her front office staff are OK, her nurse is rude too.
84-year has been self-quarenteened since the start of Covid-19 due to age and other health issues that put me at "high risk" according to the medical community. I postponed all medical/dental visits without issue EXCEPT 1. I have been going to Campbell for many years. My meds haven't changed recently and labs don't fluctuate requiring prescriptions to change. Yet this is the ONLY Dr that is holding my regular prescriptions HOSTAGE to make me come in before she will allow refills. This is a pandemic, put your patient's well-being before money!
Does not take the time to see what is going on with patient. Literally laughed at me when I described what was going on with me. Has no medical knowledge as a physician.... googles every diagnosis. Only interested in getting you in as much as possible for copay fees and wellness visits. Please DONOT see this person for medical needs.

Her front office staff are just OK, her nurse is rude too. She must have trained under Dr. Campbell. Do not recommend...
Waited an hour in the waiting room before going back as a new patient. Then Dr. Campbell looked at the medical records and my prescriptions, which I brought with me to the visit, and questioned me about my medical history as if I made up my diagnosis and was annoying her for being concerned by my latest scan results which she was holding in her hand as well. Then she questioned why I take a certain migraine medication with my history, as if I just went to CVS and picked out the one that I thought I should have. She wasn't friendly from the moment she walked in, treated me like I was a bother to her for having such a complex medical condition, and was completely condescending towards me the entire time! I wanted a female primary physician, but I wouldn't take my pets to this one!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
