Dr. Carter Tharpehas been my Cardiologist for nearly 20 years. He has "Magic Hands" and a bedside manner that is truly remarkable, reassuring and fantastic. He has placed a number of sents into my heart over the early years of my meeting him, after my "Widow Maker" heart attack over the Halloween weekend of 2001. He and Dr. Mark Dorogy became my life saving Cardiologists, and I highly recommend Dr Tharpe and the Central Georgia Heart Center, at the Linear Bldg for the Best Cardiac Heart Group in Middle Georgia

seriously...when an appointment can be had, it's changed and put off for another month. Three stents and a consistent resting pulse rate of over 120 and again .. "Dr. Tharpe is on call today, so we have to reschedule. We have an opening next month."

Took time to explain my condition. Ordered follow -up tests. Offered options for my care and referred me to the other specialists needed for my treatment. I have recomended him to everyone I know.

This was my first visit with an cardiologist. I was nervous and his staff could tell, they put me at ease and when he walked into the room his bedside manners made me feel better. We need more Dr's like Dr. Tharpe
