List of Chinenye Adimora's Reviews
I don't even know where to begin. This woman is cold, no compassion, worst beside manner i've ever witnessed in my life. She is dramatic, diagnosing without proper information. She tried to convince me i had stage 4 cervical cancer without any biopsy or pelvic exam and in just ONE visit. Said my fibroids and ovarian cyst wasn't an issue. She had my husband so nervous and anxious. Thank God i'm used to docs and know how some can gaslight you and jump the gun. She has NO business being a physician at all. She was trying to give me a cervical biopsy without any general anesthetic, unplanned, out of no where!
I just moved to the area and thought I researched well only to realize that I didn’t do enough research on Dr Adimora prior to my appointment. WHC overall has great reviews which is what I went by, but I should have researched Adimora in particular! She was indeed cold and brash; going to the obgyn can be intimidating already, but she didn’t make it any more comfortable. I’ve been to obgyns and they are usually inviting, asking questions, and make you feel at ease. But I actually felt more anxious with her. I’m planning to get a 2nd opinion and I more than likely will never go to her again. Gave 1 star and do not recommend
I have never been treated so poorly by a Doctor and I truly have no idea how this woman still has a job. I am leaving the WHC practice because of her. She has absolutely NO bedside manner, she constantly interrupted me and made me feel like I was wrong when I tried explaining. She was so horrible that I started sobbing during the appointment. I called my mom to have her on speaker to help me once I was so shaken up and my mom couldn’t believe the way she was speaking to us either. She also diagnosed what she felt like was going on with me without even looking at my ultrasound (she admitted she had not seen it) and proceeded to prescribe me a medication that has a side effect of seizures…I have epilepsy so this would have been a real issue if I would have taken the medication. I asked if she was aware of my medical history and epilepsy, she said she had not looked at my chart. I have spoken with MANY friends that have also seen her and not a single person has had a good experience. **UPDATE (3/22/22) I saw Dr. Adimora a few months ago for very abnormal postpartum bleeding as explained above. I knew that something wasn’t right with my body, but she would not even let me explain. Her midwife told me the day before I saw Dr. Adimora that I had retained product and should have a D&C, so I went to see Adimora for a second opinion before proceeding. As stated above, she did nothing but belittle me and make me feel extremely confused and literally yelled at me that there was no way I had any retained product from delivery. Well, I continued to bleed for 4 months and it was very apparent that something was wrong. I switched from the WHC practice (because of her) to a new practice and found a doctor that I trusted who has finally taken care of the problem. My new Doctor advised a D&C which we proceeded with and they did, in fact, find retained product from delivery which had been causing me MONTHS of agony. Dr. Adimora made so many mistakes and was rude beyond belief and I strongly advise that you do not trust her with your medical needs.
I like her. She is very blunt and knowledgeable. If you have questions, or concerns let her know first. I had previous medical issues so being honest, upfront, and having documentation made my life much easier and appointments smoother.

I’ve seen each provider at Women’s Healthcare and loved each one except her. She had no bedside manner, and made me feel like an idiot for asking questions about my baby. She does not explain things well at all. I actually had to correct her on some info about my ultrasound and ask her to clarify and her response was my bad I may have misread it. That’s kind of a big deal for moms to know the true health of their baby and to not be made to feel stupid when asking questions. I will see anyone but her and really hope she’s not on call when it’s time to deliver.
I went thinking I would see my usual doctor but I ended up with Dr. Adimora. Her attitude was awful and she would not look me or my husband in the eye. She talked down to both of us and made my first OB appointment so frustrating. I am switching practices and going somewhere else. Also the office kept asking me for stuff they should have already had. It felt super unorganized.
She was very cold and I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. I normally see one of the other physicians, but my normal physician was unavailable, so I had to see Adimora. She never smiled and there was zero compassion from her. She made me feel very uncomfortable and honestly I wanted to cry the whole time she was in there....and I did on the way home. She was very negative. The nurse practitioners and other physicians at this office is great, but Adimora has the worst bed-side manner.
I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with Dr. Adimora, and I will not return to her or this practice. While the nurse practitioner(s) were kind and warm, as soon as Dr. Adimora walked in I felt like an inconvenience. She treated me like a silly child. She also refused to answer any questions I had that were not directly related to the main reason for my appointment, saying that I would have to make another appointment for that question. She was rude and unfeeling.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
