This place is the absolute WORST! Good luck getting your child's prescription once you've been seen here! On MULTIPLE occasions my child has had to wait days for meds after being seen here, because they failed to call in medications. I've had better luck with the medstop. If you are looking for a pediatrician I'd look elsewhere!
They mix sick and we'll child appointments. The wait time is way too long. They expected me to have my 4 day old in the waiting room for an hour with several sick and coughing kids. Shows lack of care for patients to me.
Customer Service is terrible & rude. I went in for my sons 1 year old check up & the Indian Doctor came into the room WITH NO GLOVES & touching all over his computer. He pulled off my son diaper with no warning to the mother, thankfully I was familiar that this is what they do in order to check the diaper Area. The next morning my son had a red rash on the tip & I knew it was from the doctors hands because he never had a diaper rash or redness in this area before. I called the office to make staff aware of the situation and they flipped everything & blamed me for "as a mother, you should have stopped him before he touched your child". How dare u blame the patients mother for why the doctor could not follow begginers protocol. The conversation with the staff ended & 1 week I got a letter in the mail stating "cornerstone will no longer be able to provide medical service for my child". No warning , no discussion. Leaving my son without a primary doctor & its been such a hassle trying to get medical records for other pediatrician providers. Houston Hospital in Houston County pushes cornerstone on all new moms whenever u have a child but I would NOT recommend this care facility. The profession is lazy & customer service is poor.
Wait times have always been awful. I've been coming here since my child was born, he is now a year and a half. He's been battling an ear infection for over a month now so of course that equals more visits and phone calls. I have the hardest time getting a phone call back within a reasonable amount of time. I've been in tears because I can't afford all these deductibles just to come in just to get an answer half the time. I've had issues with the front desk but what has finally made me leave this practice happened today. I had an appointment at 4:30pm and was called in at 4:46 (one of the better wait times) but the whole visit I felt rushed. Felt like I had to repeat my son's history 5 times, repeat that he had an allergy 4. It's like they didn't take the time to review his chart at all. I even got asked why I was there. Feel like the doctor didn't listen to my concerns. The front desk lady was extremely unprofessional and rude to me. I normally try not to leave bad reviews but dang, I've given them several chances. She locked the door the moment I stepped out, like I was an inconvenience to them. That was the moment I realized why everyone seemed to be rushing, they closed at 5, and now I feel like my kid didn't get the best care. Why have a 4:30 appointment available if you don't want to serve your customers properly?? I thought they had after hours still. Long story short save your time, your children deserve better. I will be looking for another pediatrician. (There are some good doctors and nurses here, but they are hard to come by and you see whoever is available, so you are not guaranteed them)
There's a reason this place has such low ratings. Lady working the desk rolled her eyes and sighed as I came in to ask her questions. I only went in because they wouldn't answer their phones the 3 times I called.
Receptionists are so rude on the phone. My 2 children had vaccinations and had reactions to them, but were healing. I called just to make them aware and they said I had to come in for it to be documented. Then charged me $170 just to look at their legs and say it's fine. I already paid for the vaccine. Checking a reaction from it should not be a separate charge. They are beyond greedy and they will never see another dime from me.
Horrible experience. The practice is very unprofessional and to be blunt- ghetto. It was an all day event just to get a simple appointment for immunizations. The receptionist is horrible! I had to call ask twice explaining that she was enrolled to the facility but she had not actually been seen there. She sighed heavily and unprofessionally on the phone, gave me several different conflicting answers/direction and I had to physically go there to ask to talk to someone else to get anywhere! Steer clear.
Office not kept very clean, lots of dust and dirt on floor. Doctor Q as he’s identifies himself or Al-Qaqaa kept interrupting me every time I tried to ask a question about his care plan for my sick child. I have been taking my child here for almost two years but I’m switching pediatricians after today because of similar occurrences. If I’m going to be in your office for over two hours for an appointment, I at least want my questions answered, and a clean environment. And I’m going somewhere else to find it. People wanted to be treated like people, when you lose that attitude, you’re not delivering good care.
Worst experience ever.
Dr west is an excellent Dr. BUT the receptionist is awful. They are rude and very unpleasant. Whoever does the hiring needs to be fired. The new receptionist has trouble speaking English. This is not a job for her. I am sorry. I don't want to leave Dr west but this service is unacceptable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
