I arrived 15 min. early for appt. and still didn't even make it back to a room for an HR (including a 15 minute wait in storage area after vitals)!!!! Dr didn't know why I was there, hadn't gone over my labs, and then after discussing them didn't document what her plan of action was for staff to follow-up on. Left feeling like I had wasted my time except I had hard copy of my labs to go over myself at home.

I went for my follow up yesterday and Dr Brown was not in so I saw the NP Deonna B.She was awesome. I had several questions and she answered them as well as a discussion between both of us. She was REAL which is what you want when it comes to someone’s health. Kudos Dr. Shetty for adding her to your staff.

Im a new patient here and I’m an extremely shy person and it’s hard for me to connect with people but Dr. Linda was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable 10 out of 10 my best experience at a doctors office!

I was forgotten in the doctor’s office since no one notified them I was there, and the door didn’t even close all the way so I felt as if I had no privacy at all.

I was a first time patient here after putting off my health for many years. I saw NP Delana. I think that’s her name. This was the first time I have had a doc appt where I actually felt I was listened to. She took the time to explain every and seemed to take my health serious. She was laid back in a way that made me very comfortable with being there. Highly impressed!

I love how you can have a virtual appointment. Dr. Vanosdol was great and she made me feel comfortable and she shows she cares about her patients. Great staff!

Had a good visit, felt like I was actually being care for instead of just “seeing a doctor” , unfortunately I did not see MD shetty but I did see a NP Bongiovanni and she was amazing, very down to earth and REAL. I’ll be sticking with this practice for as long as I’m still in the area. Keep up the good work! Thanks !

It was my first visit to Houston Primary Care & it was not off to a good start when the receptionist informed me they had not received my medical history paperwork i mailed to them 2 weeks prior meaning I would have to fill it out another 5 pages. Oh joy... the visit was saved by Delana NP. To say the least, she was fabulous. I wish all were as enthusiastic, kind and informative as she was.My appointment was at 9:30 on Aug.26 and by end of the day Friday I had all appointments made for the 3 referrals I asked for. She took her time to really listen to me and it made me feel like she cared about my health. To date, I have never met a nurse practioner I liked more.Rose Cole
