It’s sad when the office reflects poorly on the doctor. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and Dr Franco is great. His office however underwent some changes that makes me want to stay away. They are not friendly. They will call you and say you need to have stuff done that you don’t. You can pay your copay but will still be billed as if you didn’t. Most of Dr. Franco’s patients are elderly and would miss being double billed. When I was checking out I was notified I had a balance. I told the lady at that the desk that was not possible because I had Tricare and I pay a co-payment every single visit. In fact you can’t leave without paying. She just looked at me and said she will have some lady that works from home to call me. She never did. The next time I went back I didn’t have a balance so check out went fine. On my follow up appointment I had a balance again. When I was explaining the same thing to the lady in the window a man behind said the same thing keeps happening to him. He pays his copay then is billed again. This really sucks because Dr. Franco is a good doctor. He just seems like he doesn’t have control of his office anymore.

I have been coming here since 2010. I have never felt rushed or that I left without having a chance to discuss something with Dr. Franco. He treats my husband and treated my day before he passed away a few years ago. All of use agree that Dr. Franco in one-of-a-kind and we'll be in trouble when he decides to retire!

Very caring and professional. He been using him for many years. The hospital staff highly recommend him and the way he writes his orders precise in detail what he wants.

We've been looking for a doctor for my parents for some time now and boy! Did we luck up when we found Dr. Franco! He immediately knew my father had circulation problems in his legs and feet and sent him for several tests. The day he had his tests, Dr. Franco called and referred him to a vascular surgeon. In all my years, I have never seen a doctor so determined and focused on his patients. He also sent my mother for a test that I feel she's needed for years. His attentiveness to his patients is unsurpassed. If you are elderly and looking for an excellent doctor, my suggestion would be Dr. Franco. I give him the highest recommendation possible.

This doctor has always been excellent and very thorough we were patients 2017-2020. Follows up even after hours, he is truly concerned and not just "milking" the insurance companies. He explains your lab results thoroughly and calibrates with other doctors well. I would highly recommend Dr. Franco.

He always makes time to explain everything. If he doesn’t know the answer to your problem, he is more than willing to refer you to a specialist. His office staff is friendly & will do their best to accommodate you. I would highly recommend Dr Franco. My husband & I have been going to him for several years.
