List of Ferial Walid's Reviews
Me and my wife visited here due to USCIS tests. Nurses and front desk staff were very friendly. Dr. Ferial Walid was so carrying and understanding of our situation and guided us through everything that we had to do. Despite the outside look of the building, inside was all clean and well taken care. It was somewhat hard to find the entrance but when I called for the entrance, the lady guided me very friendly manner.
Great doctor very attentive and her staff are extremely professional with great attitudes
I love coming here. I feel like the doctor really cares about you and she has your best interest at heart. The staff are amazing.
I’ve run into MANY issues with this office— DANGEROUS mistakes with BLOODWORK results!!! Lack of knowledge. Seriously. It seems like Dr Walid has too much on her plate and the staff isn’t capable of assisting with portal info, getting you paperwork, answering basic questions. If this is because she won’t delegate, I don’t know. But I’ve not had an office be like this before so it’s more than legally guarding info. She also left out important information about my results saying I had an issue but it turns out it was inconclusive and needed to be redone. So one “all clear” when tests weren’t done then one false positive.1. The doctor emailed me, but wouldn’t respond to any of my responses. 2. The office sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. 3. Created my patient portal with wrong zip code 4. I asked this to be fixed— days go by and nothing. Then several calls later I find out which wrong zip they’re using. 5. Because of all the mistakes I ask for a printout of my Bloodwork, metals screening, and STD panel they ran— (((they had only done hepatitis said I was all clear over the phone! If someone thinks they’re ok but aren’t that is DANGEROUS!!!)) 6. Once I can sign into the portal not all of my lab work was there! MORE calls. Calls, calls, extra bloodwork, calls, driving around to different pharmacies, calls. 🤷🏽♀️ Not worth it. Don’t risk it.
She sounds like a good doctor. Are they accepting new patients?
The Nurses and Doctors Was Great.
Dr.Wallid spends time with me during each visit. She doesn't rush in and out. She truly cares about mine and my husband's health. A great family doctor!!.
I refer all my friends and co-workers to Dr. Walid... she is an amazing family doctor... truly one of the best!
Great Dr
I went there expecting the same treatment I had rec'd before...but just the opposite. This time I did not have insurance, BUT had the money on a "health savings account" card...VISA! She would not accept it and would not even TRY it. That's stupid. I had over 1,100.00 on it. I said, at least try it (It's VISA!) I was refused. I walked out very unhappy. I had money in my personal account...but now I was treated terribly. At first they said...ok $65 instead of the $90. I said ok, although still not understanding why they would even TRY the card I was offering (that was accepted at my dentist and the Houston Co. hospital down the street). If they had tried it, she would have been paid. Who loses there? Nobody, but it was refused to even try. They wanted prepayment...I offered it. BUT wouldn't try it. When I first went there... My parent's and I thought this IS the doctor for you~guess what...NOPE

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
