My overall experience with Dr.Asad and his staff was an extremely professional healthcare experience. They are truly focused on your concerns and they make sure that you’re well informed upfront before and after your procedures. There were no surprises they delivered the deliverables without any flaws in their processes. If you’re interested in any of their services don’t hesitate and think twice about it. Go all in and I promise you will be happy you did. I’m still ranting and raving about his work bc pictures don’t lie.

Dr. Asad saved my life. I was in the hospital with a persistent case of pneumonia, and his treatment cured me. He has consistently care very well for me since then. He is very busy, but he knows what he is doing. I have found his staff to be very plesent and helpful.

I personally like this place Dr.Asad spends a little more time with patients but he cares for each and makes sure that time is well spent getting you the help you need, all of his personal is top notch I'm glad to have a Doctor of his integrity as you will be if you happen to need his services thank you and God Bless

After being personally recommended to come here for treatment by a pulmonary nurse manager, I made and attended a new patient appointment and was told by the Dr that rx would be called into my pharmacy by end of the day for new inhaler and antbx and a hand written rx for pneumonia testing with a call within 48 hrs with results. Needless to say after no less than 15 calls on various days, multiple VMs on both nurse and reception lines, and calls to my pharmacy & diagnostic center, THEY NEVER HAVE RETURNED A SINGLE CALL, SENT IN RX AFTER SPEAKING DIRECTLY TO NURSE AGAIN, OR EVEN REQUESTED RESULTS AFTER ALL THE MSG REQUESTS IVE MADE ABOUT IT & forwarded to leave VM for office mgr which rang a few times and just goes silent before disconnecting call with no msg passed along even from receptionist! I since obtained my own reports which showed POSITIVE for pneumonia which was done 3 weeks ago! and still nothing from them at 3 weeks later!!!!!!!! As a healthcare frontline worker myself, I am completed appauled at the neglect and the lack thereof to follow through!

I was released from the hospital after a stay for pneumonia. The prescription required a pre-authorization. I contacted the office the day after and was told that they were sending it in. Here I am a WEEK later and after contacting my insurance was told they NEVER got a PA!! I've gone a week without an engaged I'm supposed to use 2x a day!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I love this place the staff is so friendly ,the wait is long but it's worth it !!!!

Dr. Asad is the best by far, he takes time for you and is very understanding. I recommend him to everyone

This place has got to be a joke. Was supposed to have telecom appointment. Stayed on phone for hour and a half, Doctor never showed by five oclock. All I needed was a refill on nebulizer medicine. The nurse only works two days a week and never checks messages, if you can leave one, messages are usually full. I've called and left messages for two weeks trying to get medicine refilled and schedule an appointment. To schedule appointment you have to leave message and may get a return call, but probably not. This is the sorriest most horrible service by staff, nurse, and Doctor, that I have ever been to!!! needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau!! Sorry Excuse for a Pulmonolgist/Doctor or whatever this place is!!!!

This is 4th visit and have yet to see Dr.. Today had an early appt. (2nd) person and after sitting in the exam room for 50 min. got up and walked out. I will not return to this office again.Very POOR service
