Love Dr. Fazal. He always takes care of me, and is always concerned about my well being. His Nurse Practioners are also wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful in getting you back to feeling better. I wish the waiting room was bigger, and the bathroom had paper towels instead of air dryer, but that is not important..what is important is how wonderful Dr. Fazal is as a doctor. He never rushes you, or treats you like he has better things to do.

Always able to get appointment when needed. Was able to arrive without appointment due to health issues and his staff fit me in since I was there. He listened when I answered his questions or felt the need to explain something.

Hands down the worst doctor's office I've ever been to. I've called all week long and can not get a answer or even a call back from the messages I've left. Almost a month to get my blood work results back and then didnt even test my testosterone which was the whole reason I got my blood work done. Just another doctor that runs you through like cattle and doesn't explain anything to you or even try to connect with you. Definitely wont be returning.

They over booking for long list,the receptionist when you check in was rude. When you waited long time , and Doctor came and rushed to check on you. Never back this place. Highly recommend Houston Family Medicine on 106 Morgan, Bonaire. They take care good customer service

This office has got to be one of the WORST in Houston County. They want to send you to the hospital where I have a $300 copay for an injection. Why can’t the Nurses do it??? Then when you call and ask if the nurse can teach me how to give my own injection they say absolutely come in after 3:00. Ok so I go there and forgot my mask so they give me one while one of their employees doesn’t have one on!!! Oh wait there’s more. So they tell me nope can’t give you the injection you have to go to the hospital and pay the $300 copay. This office is very messed up!! DON’T GO SEE THEM!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!

I have been a patient here for years and am a nurse, they listen to you, I see the NP but when I need to I see Dr. Fazal. He is professional and knows what he is doing. The staff is also very accommodating.
