Dr Eason prescribed a brace and MRI for injured knee. The staff “did not” or “would not” provide brace, option to purchase one in office or advise where to obtain the brace. I have their accepted insurance or would have paid for brace. The MRI was scheduled 2 weeks out. Wasted appointment. Would not recommend this doctor.

I met Dr. Easom once and he was amazing but as far as the professionalism and contacting the patients to keep them updated, That is HORRIBLE! I was supposed to get ulnar nerve surgery and the surgery coordinator ended up going on medical leave. I kept calling and calling them because they didn’t give me any details on ANYTHING AT ALL! All I knew was where my surgery was gonna be and the day, That was IT. I called and called for hours, leaving voicemails etc and still couldn’t reach anyone, I then went in person and they had closed the hospital down because ofCOVID started back up. After waiting about a month, I received a voicemail about rescheduling my surgery when I called back and left my voicemail, I still didn’t get a call back and here I am now still waiting after 2 weeks. I am very dissatisfied with the professionalism held. It is poor and I am still in pain. The front desk should be better oriented because that’s just ridiculous!!! Now I’m having to find another doctor smh
