Went to Dr. Velazquez for a sinus infection that persisted over a month, with vomiting and busted eye vessels.Already been to two docs (including my own primary) with no relief even after two antibiotic/steroid series. Couldn't get back in within a week at primary doc, knew I was in bad shape, couldn't wait, and heard Dr. V was wonderful.Soooo thankful I took a chance.Dr. V was absolute best doc I've ever seen.Listens to every word and symptom, compassionate, empathetic, no rush, no interruption, laser focus on well-being, realized quickly severity of illness and that my kidneys were also affected.Got me in with ENT specialist within 24 hours after relapse.Could've been worse if Dr. V hadn't taken the time, attention, and just slung prescriptions at it like other two docs.He believes in specific home-care methods that are achievable, make sense, and keep from being a walking pharmacy unless absolutely necessary.I switched from my primary to him after followup. Amazing. I can't say it enough. 5 stars.
