My husband was seen for hearing aides in May 2021. It is now the end of July, and he can not get an answer as to where his hearing aides are, why it is taking so long, and the "lady that handles the insurance filing is out of the office." The worst communication I have experienced from a Dr office.

Dr. Walker wasnt any help to me. After being sick for 7 weeks is sinus pain and pressure. He basically told me there wasnt anything wrong with me. I was shocked and couldn't believe he would say that. He found anything in my ct scan or so he said but when I got copy of it that wasn't the case. I would not recommend Dr. Walker . My last name is Mendieta now not Mathis if someone from his office wants to talk to me about this post .

My husband was a prior patient of Dr. Walker. Our insurance has changed to a plan they do not accept and they would not schedule him an appointment as a Self Pay (pay out of pocket) patient.

Dr. Walker is the best as far as I'm concern. If he is unable to fully treat your love one he will assure that he will refer you to a facility that can. Was able to schedule urgent appointment without any trouble and his staff is outstanding. Waiting time is below average and he is one that fully explains any procedure that you are having. Plus, he will take all of the time that is necessary to answer your questions.

Dr. Walker and his nurse made me feel as through they were brushing me off. He didn't assess me at all. Never asked me questions and came in telling me there's nothing he could do. His nurse looked in my nose and when I started to tell her my symptoms made a look as though she was annoyed and didn't care. I don't recommend this place and needless to say I won't be back. Complete waste of time and copay.

Dr. Walker and his staff were very welcoming. My son was extremely nervous about getting his tonsils removed and going to the doctor but they walked us through the process and were very reassuring. They gave us plenty information about aftercare and what to expect including a comic book explaining the procedure and its benefits. You can tell he's got a passion for what he does and cares about his patients.
