Very disappointing in her discussion with me. She placed me on speaker phone to chastise me for a mix up in scheduling. I am an RN with 44 years exp. And have NEVER been talked to as she did. Rude, condescending and not skilled at communicating.

I found Dr. Carpenter to be friendly but not a good listener. In fact, when I clarified something we were discussing she became condescending and cut me off. She also made errors twice on routine procedures and tried to put blame elsewhere. I understand that she doesn't have a lot of experience but it was her attitude that bothered me most.

I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter. Today was my first visit with Dr. Carpenter she explain what she was doing and why. I felt completely relaxed and confident. The staff was excellent as well. So happy to have her as my doctor.
