List of Maha Dawood's Reviews
Dr. Dawood has been patient with me in finding the right medication for me. After the 3rd Rheumatoid medicine, she prescribed one that actually began to alleviate my pain. I am so happy because the Inflammation was attacking all of my organs. Now my CRP and Sed-rate is going down. I have a few more hurdles to cross, but i thank God for Dr. Dawood. She is a good Doctor.
Great with finding out what's wrong
Please don't let some of these negative comments cloud your vision of this doctor. Had my first visit today she was super sweet super attentive she had a student with her he was great too. I'm so glad I didn't allow the reviews on here to keep me from going to her.
She is amazing
This was my first time seeing Dr. Dawood. I will admit that after reading the reviews, I was a little concerned about how my appointment would go. I did read one reviewer’s review in which she stated the same as me, but she choose to see for herself. She had a great experience and was glad she didn’t go by others experiences. When I tell y’all, EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING, others complained about, in their reviews, was the total opposite for me. From the time I walked into the office until I walked out. The staff was very pleasant. The Dr was very kind, attentive, and caring. Excellent experience. So, read the reviews, but that’s their story and not your story!
Dr. Dawood has been my doctor for 2 years. I am so pleased with her care. I have my bad days but she follows my lab work and meds keeping me on track and she always listens. Feel lucky to have her.
Not sure why she's still practicing. Rude, dismissive and confusing. My wife left more confused than when Ishe went in. We're going for a second opinion and will post part 2 of this review. No wonder major insurance agencies are dropping her as a provider.
My father was seeing her for a while in 2017, and died Feb 2019. He was in constant pain after she changed his medication and showed signs of being allergic to the medication braking out in what I can only describe as hives. My father was a darker tan skinned man and she called him dirty during an appointment and because it was so hot neither him or I felt like arguing with her any more. When asked to repeat herself when explaining his tests she refused, her accent was thick and was difficult to make out and he and I both had difficulties hearing in general to begin with. I would never recommend her practice.
Rude and treats you poorly my wife was mad at me after my appointment for not saying anything to her about the way she was treating me.
In 2020, I came to her due to full body pain and extreme fatigue and joint pain. She said you have something but I don't treat it (which this something was unknown). I went there with a positive ANA screen for auto-immune. She totally wrote me off and then told me she wouldn't do any referrals. So I took myself to the Mayo Clinic and 2 months later had a firm diagnosis of Papillary Thyroid Cancer and fibromyalgia and antiphospholipid syndrome. As far as I'm concerned here we are 2 years later still talking about how horrible my experience was with this doctor so I decided to read the reviews. Then I thought I'd share my story. If at all possible go elsewhere so your not wrote off. I was only diagnosed due to my persistent demeanor. If there is pain there is something going on. A doctor should never write off patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
