Dr. Renner and his associates are great! I would be lying if I said there was never any hiccups over the 7 years that I have been a patient but for the most part my medicinal needs have been addressed timely and professionally. He and his wife Stacey both have treated me as if I was a family member. Paul took care of an ear issue that most doctors would have sent me to a specialist which would have taken weeks to be seen but he resolved within minutes. The office staff have always been kind and if I have an issue with something it has always been corrected.

I have seen Dr Renner for about 20 years. I have always been able to get an apt on short notice. Sometimes it is hard to get a human on the phone but they have always called me back after I’ve left a message. He has always been receptive and caring on working with me to keep me well, physically (and mentally sometimes). When I’ve required specialists, they were able to reference me to those doctors and coordinated the initial apts. I’ve read some of the other comments and it’s bad that several patients have had negative experiences; I guess I’ve been lucky because Dr R (and Paul) and his staff have always been good with me (and my wife and in-laws).

Terrible customer service. I can never get a hold of them. I have to continuously call until I finally reach someone then they don’t have a sense of urgency in getting things done.

Me and my husband see Doctor Renner and his Nurse Practioner Stacy and they are really great! The office staff is kind and helpful and really went out of their way to get my referral.
