Me and my husband see Doctor Renner and his Nurse Practioner Stacy and they are really great! The office staff is kind and helpful and really went out of their way to get my referral.

Awful staff, awful responses. They don't answer their phone, they don't respond to voice mails; worst experience I have ever had with an office staff and this is not the first time. How is this office still open with this unprofessional and uncaring staff? Called numerous times during normal hours, could not get a human to answer and finally when one responded, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes, still no response. Called numerous times again, finally a response and before i could ask anything, I was transferred to a vm that no one had responded to for my mother. i was trying to get my elderly mom's meds called or faxed in to the local pharmacy.

My experience with Stacy has been very nice and helpful. Same with front office/phone girl but rest of staff is rude, slow and very unhelpful. They lie about their hours which makes dropping in to get refills nearly impossible. Their door is locked so often and the phone line is busy. Beware!!
