Dr. Al-Shroof's team has taken great care of my 90-year old mother, even when she broke her hip and wrist. I love the team so much that I changed over to them myself. Those who have trouble with telephone returns should get the Healow app that they use for messaging, appointments, lists your medication, medical history, etc. Many patients use good doctors and waiting may be a factor but it's worth ...

If I could rate this company a zero it would be a zero. Instead of telling the patient that they are understaffed they just let you sit in the lobby in Pain while they go out for lunch. The staff is very rude and very inconsiderate to a patient and their needs. They forget the patient is how they get paid but I will find another primary care Doctor. This place needs to be shut down!

As patients of him and his Nurse Practitioners for over 15 years my wife and I love their "bedside manners" and professionalism. At almost 80 years old I wouldn't trust my and my wife's health to anyone above them.

Coming in as a new patient the experience was horrible ! Coming in thirty mins early, still not being seen after and hour was a complete waste. No one should wait that long to get assigned to a room. Was the first patient to arrive and was the last to be seen. Do not recommend this office

I've been a patient for 4 years and I've always gotten excellent care from Dr Al-shroof and all of his PA's. His office staff is great and it's so convenient to get your labs done in the office! Love them.
