He was my husband's doctor until my husband died from covid. I became a patient after his passing. My doctor seemed too money hungry and uncaring, so I changed to Dr. Alwawi. He has worked with me and seems to care.

I really like Dr. Alwawi and his nursing staff. His office staff is excellent as well. I have had bloodwork done a couple of times and all the ladies in the lab were exceptional. I would recommend Dr. Alwawi to all my friends and family. ~SI

I had an appointment today. I waiting an hour and a half before they called my name. Dr. Alwawi did not take too long to come in my room. The problem I have with my doctor is that he does not explain the medication that he is prescribing. He needs to learn to ask the patient if they have questions. He acts like he is in a hurry to get to the next patient. He needs to show his female patients that he care about them. It makes me feel like I chose the wrong doctor because he does not care about me. We are all human beings and race nor gender should affect 100% of excellent service to each patient.

The doctor seems good. The staff however are friendly but appear to be incompetent. My wife was told by her cardiologist that she needed a urgent referral to a specialist which needed to be submitted by her primary care doctors office. The office was informed of the need for the referral and that it was urgent. The first day after being notified they went home early and did not submit the referral. The next business day my wife called and it was not submitted but was told it would be. The following day she called and was told it still had not been submitted, my wife went to the office and spoke to the person responsible for submitting referrals and was told that it would be submitted, still waiting. If they are this slow on urgent request how slow are the for with routine referrals. Very disappointed.

They are beyond rude!! They tell you to call but then they turn off their phones! I am not sure how they keep any patients other than the ones that have no choice!!

De. Alwawi always spends as much time in my visits as I require-I've never felt like he was in a hurry Unfortunately, from staff needs help. Their phone system often says-"we are not taking calls right now" in the middle of the morning. Not sure how a call for refills gets messed up...but this year it has taken me four visits to the office for scripts-because they wouldn't accurately process mail-order pharmacy. I am seriously considering changing PCM just because their front desk staff.
